On BCR2000 1.10 it is allowed to add .mode incval and .minmax after .easypar PC on buttons

[Might be a glitch because the firmware maybe doesn't return the setting]

so that plus/minus Program Changes can be done with the BCR ( cycle presets)



This allows for example Program Change Up/Down and Fixed Programs and showing the Nr in LCD (instead of off/on),

To act as Group [Active Program Number remains] always the same .easypar message must be used.

I have a question regarding negative values in custom outputs.

I am sending sysex to a Roland S760.

To control TVF Freq:

$F0 $41 $00 $34 $12 $00 $08 $01 $18 val4.7 val0.3 cks-1 6 $F7

Works fine, with Value 1 set to 0 and Value 2 set to 127, as the S760 expects to see values from 0-127.

However for selecting the TVF type (01 16), the S760 needs to see values:

-1 Off

0 LPF

1 BPF

2 HPF

What are some methods users are applying to send these values?

Hi, I can´t make work my BCR with my DW6000, I have it fine with DW8000, but the template from here https://www.bwalk.com.au/DW6K/DW6k.html it doesn´t work. Any help? thanks in advance

I did not use my BCR for a long time.

Programming a VST again to the parameters.

I forgot 2 simple things...

1.when I make a preset in BCR manager how do I export that to BCR and save it? I ask because I select the preset midi row and use the midi send to send it, but it doenst work...will it always be sent to the corresponding preset on the BCR?

As a workaround I send the 32 presets with the send all data and that works great, but one day I will make a mistake, that is why I want to do it correctly.

It been a while! ;)

..But i have a new MIDI equipment: an Digital Music Corp MX-8 MIDI Patchbay. I want to control some of ìts internal parameters live with the BCR .

Looking at the Sysex appendix (the last 4 pages) of the MX-8 manual - do you think its possible to configure the BCR to control the Transpose parameter or any of these internal parameters? Or does this only work via sysex dump?

Hi all. Merry christmas.I have this fomat of nrpn messages for a synth (marion systems prosynth - oberheim matrix family)

70 B6 63 0C B6 62 00 B6 06 00 B6 26 DT  (DT=val)

Why that 70?

Can i use standard output nrpn or should i treat it as custom output (sysex)? 

what the correct value would be to make the encoder move from min to max (-99   -   +99)?

I don’t know if replacing the DT with valand setting val1 to zero and val.2 to 127 would be good enough.

Hi everyone. 

New here. New to the manager and pretty new to the Bcr 2000.

I use it it through my Motu Mtp Av multiport interface, along with all my synths, in a simple midi standalone connection. Firmware 1.10.

I just don’t use usb connection if i don’t need them even if i have several usb ports, to avoid driver issues etc.

My question is dead simple, “Can the BCR2000 be programmed in a way that would allow the behaviour described below ?”

Hi there! 

I've just gotten my BCF2000 set up successfully on my new M1 MacPro where BC Manager detects it correctly and all appears to be well (faders send and receive information, etc.).  I am using it in Baby HUI Mode.  

I am trying to do the same setup on my M1 MacBook Pro and it is not detected properly (Personality is listed as Offline, etc.).
