I tried to upgrade the previous version (2.0) and also to install it again.
Both cases the system (Windows 7) stays blocked.

If I understand you correctly, you have a problem with the installer of A-880 Manager (not A-880 Manager itself).
This installer is based on Inno Setup, which has a very good reputation, so it seems unlikely that there is anything wrong with the installer.
Maybe you have a virus scanner that does not recognize the installer and therefore blocks it?

Lather I have to clarify that I have problems with installer because version 2 of A-880 Manager works fine.
Now I follow your suggestion: I try to stop the virus scanner and install version 3 of A-880 again.

Was the antivirus that blocked the installation of the version 3.
I unistalled the Avast antivirus and now it's ok.
