I can send MSB+LSB+Program messages using the "MIDI Program changer" function, and I can send MSB+Program message to my synth using preset configuration, but... how do I send the LSB using a preset?

MSB Bank messages use controller 0, LSB Bank messages use controller 32.
So if you want to send MSB + LSB + Program via an FCB1010 preset, you should set up the preset as follows:
CNT 1: Controller = 0, Value 1 = desired MSB value
CNT 2: Controller = 32, Value 1 = desired LSB value
PC 5: Program = desired Program number
