BCR&BCF on 2 USB - disabled?

Hi

I got a BCF next to my BCR, and I can get only one into BC Manager.

They both work, and I get data from both into my application over MIDI. In Audio MIDI setup, they both show up correctly. However, I cannot get them both in B-Control. I think the problem is that the MIDI port of either is always says DISABLED. I tried giving them different device IDs but that did not help. What else can I do?
