I tried downloading the FCB Manager for my Windows PC and at first it worked (mobile version). When I tried to map my MIDI options, I made a mistake and the application wouldn't open without hanging. I ended up uninstalling completely. Now, after re-installing, the FCB1010 Manager app wont open at all!

But in fact I doubt whether you're even at the right website, since I don't understand at all what your post is about:
FCB1010 Manager doesn't have a "mobile version". (It does have a "portable" version, but that's something else.)
Moreover, I don't have any idea what you mean by "map[ping] my MIDI options".
And FCB1010 Manager doesn't rely on Java.
So are you talking about a different application? If so, you should contact the developer of that application.
