FIrst of all: since this topic is about FCB1010 Manager, I've moved it from the MIDI Tools forum (which is, as the name implies, about the MIDI Tools application) to the FCB1010 forum.

The only MIDI devices appearing are:

Input - None

Output - Microsoft MiDI Mapper; Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth

The "Enabled devices" listboxes on the Input and Output tabs of the "MIDI devices" dialog box (accessible via the Options pull-down menu of the main window) show all the MIDI input/output devices that the operating system has made available to FCB1010 Manager.
So if your M-Audio Uno is not listed there, there is probably something wrong with its driver. So then the problem is not with FCB1010 Manager: you won't be able to use your M-Audio Uno with any other MIDI application either. Try reinstalling the driver, perhaps using another version of the driver, etc.
On the other hand, if your M-Audio Uno is listed in the "MIDI devices" dialog box, you must first enable it for actual use in FCB1010 Manager by ticking its checkboxes and pressing OK. (Leave "Thru output device" and "Thru input device" at "[None]".) After that you should open the "FCB1010 options" dialog box, and select the M-Audio Uno as "MIDI input port" and "MIDI output port".
