Thanks for sharing this link: I didn't know about this Behringer webpage for the ("legacy product") BCR2000.
The installer of BC Manager used to create links to Behringer's BCF/BCR2000 support pages in the Windows menu.
However, a few years ago, after Behringer had stopped producing the BCF/BCR, these pages disappeared. So then I stopped having the BC Manager installer create these links.
Since then, all the files that used to be available from Behringer's support pages have been uploaded (mostly by me) to the BC control user files section of the Mountain Utilities website.
The factory presets are under (tada) "Factory presets".
No sorry, that won't help, assuming that the OP is after the original ("factory") presets.
That's because the firmware doesn't contain any preset data: the firmware (the device's programming code) and the preset data are stored in different areas of the device's EEPROM.
On the Behringer download page there's a .zip with all the factory presets sysex.
