Need help vid midi conection to the program

I have a Behringer FCB1010 pedal, a Korg 05R / W sound module and Alesis Q49 midikeyboard. These are connected and working.

But how do I connect these components to the FCB1010 Manager? I have a UNO M-audio midi spot interface. Or / and how do I do?

Is completely fresh on this pedal, each could be easier to use FCB1010 Manager to set everything.

I will use the pedal to control the module but at the same time play on the midikeyboard, so it goes via thrue here. But am unsure how to connect all this with the computer and FCB1010 Manage.

Runs win10, Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-3.60GHz. 16.0 GB memory. Nvidia gforce gtx 1050 Ti 4 GB memory.

Let's see if I understand this correctly: the output from the Alesis goes to the FCB1010's MIDI IN socket, and the FCB1010 MIDI OUT/THRU socket outputs the merged data from the Alesis and the FCB1010 itself to the Korg?

I have a UNO M-audio midi spot interface.

But am unsure how to connect all this with the computer and FCB1010 Manage.

I think the best way to approach this problem is to distinguish between configuring the FCB1010 (via FCB1010 Manager) and playing the Korg from the Alesis and the FCB1010.
These two situations require different MIDI cable setups, so when you switch between these setups, you will always have to change cables:

FCB1010 Manager's primary function is to define an FCB1010 setup on the computer, then upload this setup to the FCB1010. As discussed in section 6 of the FCB1010 Manager manual under "MIDI -> Send", this procedure requires you to first remove any cable (in your case e.g. the cable from the Alesis) from the FCB1010's MIDI IN socket. After you have started the FCB1010 in Global Configuration mode, you have to connect the MIDI OUT cable from your Uno to the FCB1010's MIDI IN socket. Then you can upload the setup you've made in FCB1010 Manager to the FCB1010 via "MIDI -> Send".

Then when you want to play the Alesis and the FCB1010, you have to remove the Uno's cable from the FCB1010 MIDI IN and replace it with the cable from the Alesis again.
The simplest way to send the merged output from the Alesis and the FCB1010 to the Korg is of course to connect a MIDI cable from the FCB1010's MIDI OUT/THRU to the Korg directly.
However, if you want to record what you're playing on the Alesis (and possibly the FCB1010) on the computer (for instance in a DAW like Cakewalk), you should connect the MIDI IN cable of the Uno to the FCB1010's MIDI OUT/THRU, and the MIDI OUT cable of the Uno to the Korg.
The Uno's specs don't mention that it has a MIDU THRU function, so I suspect that you'll have to set up a program on the computer to provide a "soft" Thru: this can be your DAW program, or possibly FCB1010 Manager, or even MIDI Tools.
(Tip: if you use FCB1010 Manager in this situation, you can "play" its "Soft FCB1010" window like a real FCB1010: this can help greatly in defining a setup that you can later send to your real FCB1010.)

Hope this helps,
   Mark.

Ok, i have fix it now. Very thanks.

I have another question.

Can I control the transpose via the behringer pedal? and how to put this in the pedal? on any up and down button or any other numbers on the pedal? Which control numbers have transpose?

I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean by "the transpose". Is it a feature of your Korg sound module? Or of your Alesis keyboard?
