Is there a way of preventing the BCR2000 controlling it's button LEDs directly, ie not locally. It interferes with messages coming from the host.
I'm not sure what "interfers with messges" you are are talking about, but you can set a couple of things
1) Perhaps you mean the values are opposite from what the host has. Just swap the Min and Max values.
2) Perhaps you want it to start with the LED off. Just set the default to the Min value (or if you want to start with on then default = Max)
Last resort, turn OFF the LED with .showvalue off
The Led state is determined by the value in the button. If the button is momentary (toggleoff) then the LED will only light when you hold it down. If it is toggle switch (toggleon) then it will light when the max value is output. If it is an incrementing value (incval) I would guess Max value, but I'm not sure. I bet it is in Mark's BCL guide.
